At Plate Crate, we want to ensure you have the best gear for the diamond. If your items aren't a home run, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and original packaging included.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your gear, dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new gear within 5-7 business days.
