When will my Plate Crate ship?
Monthly crates typically ship between the 10th and 15th of each month. Once your crate leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow its journey to your doorstep.
What kind of gear can I expect in my crate?
Each crate is professionally curated to include a mix of high-quality training aids, baseball apparel, accessories, and snacks. We partner with top-tier brands to ensure you receive over $50 in value every month.
Can I skip a month or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you have full control over your subscription. You can skip a month or cancel at any time through your customer portal. Please ensure changes are made before the 1st of the month to avoid being billed for the next cycle.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Shipping rates for Canadian orders are calculated at checkout and may be subject to local customs fees.
What is your return policy for individual items?
If an item in your crate is defective or the wrong size, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery. We will be happy to facilitate an exchange or provide a replacement for the damaged gear.
How do I choose the correct size for apparel?
When you sign up, you will select your player's shirt and pant size. If your player hits a growth spurt, you can update these size preferences in your account settings at any time before your next crate ships.
